How long will my repair take?

Most common repairs — screens, batteries, charging ports — are done the same day, often within an hour or two. Computer work and harder-to-find parts can take a little longer, but we'll always give you a realistic timeline up front.

Do I need an appointment?

Nope — walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. If you'd rather lock in a time, just call (207) 877-7780 and we'll set up an appointment that works for you.

How much will it cost?

We give you an honest price before we start any work, so there are no surprises. We aim to be a lot more reasonable than mail-in services and big-box stores.

My phone fell in water — what do I do?

Power it off if it's still on, don't try to charge it, and bring it in as fast as you can. The sooner we can open it up and clean it, the better the odds of saving it (and your data).

Can you recover data from a dead device?

Often, yes. We offer data recovery for phones, computers, and external drives. Bring it in and we'll take a look — no guarantees, but 20+ years of experience goes a long way.
